- Monitor road conditions in the Forest and interface with the Pebble Beach Company regarding road maintenance
per the 1984 DMF Area Land Use Plan Agreement between PBC and the Monterey County Board of Supervisors.

- Arrange for a meeting reminder postcard to be distributed to members 3 weeks ahead
- Determine if music will be provided; if so, make the arrangements
- Arrive at the meeting 1-1/2 hours ahead and inspect the room set-up
- Afterward, list suggestions for improving future meetings
